Things I've Bought That I Love - Stolen Title

*Stolen Title from Mindy Kaling's Blog - she's hilarious, I'll attempt to entertain you but I'll get nowhere close to her level..

It's been a while, I know. I promise to come back more regularly as long as you promise to put up with stolen titles and random/nonsense/inconsistent blogging. Deal? Deal.

Moving on. Here are a few things I've bought that I love lately!
LOFT - Tassel Necklace - on sale for $29!

I seriously stalked this until it went on sale, it's the perfect summer necklace! I wore it to a wedding last weekend and then to a cookout the next night, love the versatility! (I also saw this on E! News after I bought it soooo that means it's good right?)

Got a new iPhone case in San Fran! Obsessed with it! If you follow me on Instagram (username: tinebaugh)- you may remember I bought an ikat case from C Wonder not too long ago, well that one was super cute but it did the weird fuzzy effect when using the camera so I had to kick it to the curb. I tested this one out and it's PERFECT!
Rifle Paper Co - iPhone Case - iPhone4 or iPhone5

Cute new blouse - also from the San Fran trip! We did a lot of shopping :)
Mango - Crossed Back Blouse - On sale! $29

I've had quite the fun time trying to find new shoes... I think my mom and I looked at 25 different places in San Fran... Then I came home and found these at the store down the street. Love them, so comfy and cute.
Sperry - Hayden Loafers - $85

Summery Top from J.Crew on total huge sale! Comes in Navy stripe also, I debated between the 2 for a looong time and finally decided on the pink for reasons I can't remember anymore. (Note: this runs big, I got an XS)
J.Crew Stitchwork Stripe Top - on sale for $49!

And on a totally unrelated note, I bought Dave a toaster for his birthday. Before you think that's weird, you have to know that he toasts bread in our oven almost everyday and our kitchen is tiny so we really had nowhere to put one. Then I saw this one in my House Beautiful mag and had to have it, so we made room :)

Hope I still have some readers out there! I'll try and keep you loyal folks updated more often from now on! I miss you all!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Last week I purchased some hot pink jeans and a hot pink blazer! Don't worry I'm not going to wear them at the same time... I fell in love with the colored jeans trend and thought I needed the pink blazer for Vegas at the end of this month!

Here's how I plan on wearing them both:

Pink Jeans

Vanessa Bruno long sweater, $545
Forever 21 skinny jeans, $25
Stacked heel, $48
Tory Burch leather handbag, $475
Luna wrap bracelet
Multi charm necklace, $69

I'm going to Vegas for a Bachelorette party in a couple of weeks! I think this is the perfect outfit!

Pink Blazer in Vegas

ASOS bandeau dress, $50
Forever 21 long jacket, $30
Vince Camuto black pumps, $129
Kate Spade quilted shoulder bag, $468

Recent Purchases

I've made a few purchases to help my winter wardrobe. I've had a lot of trouble deciding what to wear out in the evenings so I'm really glad to have found this cute Zara tee on sale for $19!

I also got this cute Patterson J. Kincaid blouse for evening wear:

I got the orange e-reader case for our new Kindle Fire, now I can take it everywhere (to read hunger games) and not worry about the screen, plus you know I love a monogram:
I got some of these storage boxes on super sale from Exposures - I'm going to finally get our wedding stuff organized and stored away!

And the best new purchase by far - Tickets to San Diego in May to visit Dave's sister!  I'm now taking recommendations for things to do and see (and most importantly eat)!

Recent Purchases - Sale Rack Lover

In my quest for the perfect Friday night outfit for OU/tx I've made a few purchases. Hopefully something will work! I feel I must let you know that I got all of these items (besides the F21 top and dress at the bottom) on super sale with either promo codes or pure dumb luck. I'm a sale rack shopper for life and not afraid to admit it.

Love this blouse I found at Forever 21! Of course I'll be wearing it with a tank top underneath. The sleeves  little button to keep them rolled up at 3/4 length - love that.

I found this super soft Theory tee in tan at the Off 5th Saks outlet for about 1/5th of it's original price! Score!

And some beautiful faux suede BCBG shorts to hopefully wear this weekend if the tailor gets done with them in time!
Oh and while I was perusing BCBG online I came across this gorgeous chevron necklace that of course had to have.

And I got this super comfy Urban Outfitters slouchy tee - I have a thing for slouchy tees and I must say this one is pretty money. I'd like one in every color.

Also, in a totally different theme - how lucky am I that my bff Stephanie is getting married and she picked out the cutest, prettiest, most flattering bridesmaid dress ever!
It's this dress but in black - totally gorgeous!
Now don't you want to be in her wedding? I mean come on!

Recent Purchases

With OU Gameday 10 days away, I needed a new Red Dress. It's perfect! I'm so glad I have my first Game Day Outfit prepared!

I saw these on Pinterest and seriously couldn't stop thinking about them. I had to have them.

Obsessed with the tassles! (They're removable for those days when you're not feeling as fabulous.)
I've been wanting to try a new fun neutral nail color, but didn't want to pay $8 for a bottle of Essie or OPI so I got this $3 Revlon polish and Love it!!
Now I need to find a dress for a wedding in a few weeks and something new and cute to wear on my upcoming girls trip to Denver!

Looky What I Got!!

My First D-SLR Camera!!!

And I have NO idea how to use it! This is where you all come in,
do you have any tips or advice for a newbie like myself?
Are there any websites that you frequent for help?
Is there a book I need to get?
Emily, I'm hoping you'll have some tips, seeing how you've been taking awesome pics for your magazine!
Kristin, you too.

And almost as important as being able to use the camera, where I can get a cute bag for it? I am NOT carrying around a big black camera bag. I will not do it. They are ugly and I can't do it. I love the Kelly Moore bags, but man they're pricey. After shelling out so much on a camera I can't afford it.

Please help friends! :)

You Win Kate Spade Sale...

Thanks to the Additional 25% off of Sale items PLUS free shipping these 2 little beauties arrived in the mail for me yesterday!

Gorgeously cute new planner!

Did I mention it only has the monthly view? Love that. Most planners overestimate the amount of things I have scheduled.. I just need to see the weekends for the most part :)

And I scored on a new wallet that turns into a clutch! And by scored I mean I got it 75% off it's original retail so top that! Nothing like getting a wallet AND a clutch for $60!

The chain comes off completely, and the adorable dust bag says "she tucked her coral lipstick away and floated back to the party". Seriously? Can Kate Spade get any cuter?

Did you all score anything on the sale? If not, it's still going on! Just enter NEWYEARS25 at checkout!

Lunch-Hour Shopping Trip Scores!

Monday morning came and I knew I had a mission for the week. Luckily, it coincided with Emily's mission for the week. We had 4 days to complete our mission, and we accomplished it in 2.  I'm pretty proud of us.

Our mission: find something cute to wear this weekend for OU vs. Texas (who has dropped to being ranked 21 btw).

Monday we set out to see if the Lauren Conrad line at Kohl's had anything. Big time Fail. Kohl's kinda sucked. Now I know why I've never gone there. No offense to anyone who loves Kohl's, I'm sure you can find great things there, I was just completely overwhelmed by how many racks there were to go through.

We also hit up one of the local boutiques on Campus Corner and came back empty handed. Well, I got 3 tacos from Chipotle because they apparently won't let you buy just one. But clothing wise - we felt defeated.

No worries folks, day 1 was a bust but day 2, well day 2 was a total success!

I went to Payless in search of some cute cheap shoes and found nothing cute. Fail.
I went to Forever21 in search of a cute tank top to wear with my J.Crew Pixie Pants. Found no tanks. Fail.
But did find this cute cardigan - I got it in olive green which isn't pictured online, so use your imagination.

{Forever21 - Open draped cardigan - here}
Emily did manage to find the one red and white shirt they had in the entire store - so she left happy.
I bet you didn't know we sit next to each other everyday at work?
I'd like to put out a PSA to Forever21 and Dillard's buyers in Norman, Oklahoma: when the fall catalog arrives and you see anything red at all - buy it for your store. People will buy it, trust me. The fact that there are no red shirts anywhere to be found in either of your stores is ridiculous.
end rant.

I left Payless feeling like I'd failed. Now I have to throw something together for this weekend and it'll be in hundreds of pictures on Facebook... :(

We left through Dillards and checked out the tables of Clearance Shoes, I found a pair that were cute but could only find size 10. Surely, the most common shoe size 7 1/2 has already been picked over and these cuties are gone. I ran through all the racks looking for them, and then something happened, a white light came out from the sky and they magically appeared in my size! Perfect!!!!

{No longer available at Dillards online - but found them on Piperlime - here.}

Now I just have to plan an outfit around these cuties! Love the studs and the heel! After I had been eyeing these Adorable Steve Madden's that were just a little too tall for me, so I was Super Pumped to find a similar style with a 2 inch shorter heel! (I can't get a picture to copy over so you'll just have to click the link, sorry!)

I also picked up a super cute winter sweater! Remember last year when I was loving the mountain lodge look? Well I still am, and I couldn't pass up this beauty.
{Aeropostale (don't judge, I saw it walking by the store) Printed Drape Front Cardigan - here.}

I also wanted to share this sweater I got a few weeks ago at Target. It's super comfy and super cute!
I wore it to my first Junior League meeting of the year and got lots of compliments!

{Target - Mossimo Sweater - here}
At $14 who can resist?

Have you ever had such a successful lunch hour shopping trip?
