Aye Aye Aye

Aye Aye Aye! I haven't blogged in a while! So you get one of my lovely photo re-cap posts! You're welcome in advance!
We went to a super fun wedding for our friends Michael and Stacy! Love those Chi-O - Beta weddings! :)

All 3 of us girls below were Chi-O's that married Beta's! All from the same pledge class! Love it!

On another weekend, we celebrated our good friend Tim's 30th Birthday!!!

It called for a trip to Ingrid's where 3 of the guys took on the boot challenge.

The challenge is - you have to drink the boot in under 5 minutes for it to be free.

After the boot challenge we went to BossaNova for some rooftop drinks and one of the guys didn't quite make it... you can see him asleep in the bottom left picture. At least he finished the boot though!

We also attended Emily's wedding in October! It was gorgeous and a total blast! I wouldn't have expected anything less!

I should also mention that I helped decorate her reception for the big day! It's a little side hobby of mine I'm trying to get going more on! She wanted more of an Anthropologie feel as opposed to floral. I think it turned out beautiful! Of course these are terrible quality pictures but you get the idea...

If you know anyone getting married who wants help decorating and coming up with ideas for their big day please tell them to contact me. I looooove it! Oh and I'm pretty shy about this part of it but hey we're all friends right? And I figure if you're still reading you actually might care - I started a little side blog about weddings and party planning. Feel free to check it out and send your engaged friends my way :) Here it is: Party Prep

Well, that's all for now, you're caught up besides the tailgates that is... I'll save those for another day.

Weekend Update with Tine and Dave!

I know what you're thinking... is this chick really going to throw up a montage of iPhone photos and call it a recap? Welp, yes I am. Deal with it people.

Cookout with Dental friends

Stir-fry dinner I whipped up while Dave took the dogs for a walk, Cooper laid down on the way back, a block from our house. It was too hot for him to make it back.

TGIF!

Week in Pictures

Junior League Event - River boat cruise with appetizers and champagne? You know I signed up for that the second I could!

I managed to drag Dave away from studying to watch the Thunder game for an hour at a bar down the street that has the most amazing "gourmet tots". (In case you're wondering, gourmet tots have cheese and ham baked into the tot!)

Mother's Day Carrot Cake - celebrated early with Dave's mom on Thursday! Talk about YUM!

While getting ready for the Blake Shelton concert, I found an insane amount of bolo ties in my dad's closet.
Do you think he has enough?

Blake Shelton Concert in Tulsa on Friday night!!!

Had some amazing after concert nachos at Toby Kieth's in the Hard Rock!

Dave's inner Ace Ventura came out at my parents house with their dogs and ours!

We left my mom a Mother's Day surprise for when she arrived home from Houston for the weekend!

Some pretty flowers, beautiful frames I scored at TJ Maxx not too long ago and a personalized card from TinyPrints! She loved it!

Celebrating my friend Ashley's birthday, she wanted everyone to "Wig Out" (I borrowed a wig from my friend, that looked like Teresa from RHONJ)

And a little like Rambo when Dave tried it on..

Dave left to go study while we all went out to Groovy's (the local cougar bar/disco)

I ditched my wig... it was hot and I couldn't get my hair to stay up under it. But I now know that Wigs are super fun! This years Halloween costume will most likely involve a fun wig!
Der-ek Zoo-land-er Blue Steel!

Sunday I laid out in the backyard a little and made a homemade pizza while Dave studied!

I take a lot of pictures of food... hope you don't mind!
